Trading Plan: When to hold a position overnight

If the last bar on the session is higher than prior days close and there is enough room to prior weeks high
its valid to hold a long position overnight.


If the last bar on the session is lower than prior days close and there is enough room to prior weeks low
its valid to hold a short position overnight.
