Goals for today:
- Earn at least 40 Points by entering and exiting short and/or long trades on 1 min FDAX chart in a Decision Point Area from the 5 Min Chart.
- Earn at least 100 Points by entering and exiting short and/or long trades on a 1 Min Chart in a Decision Point Area from the 5 Min Chart.
- Earn at least 10 Points by entering and exiting short and/or long trades on 5 min ES chart in a Decision Point Area with 2 contracts.
- Don't make anymore trades once the profits are cashed in.
Determine trend, entry and exit points, times where I have to make a decision.
Expecting a trending market after 1.45 in the crude oil market but exit before 8.30 news possible also revere after them or if sideways wait for another entry point after 9.00.
Short after the 3 am open (keep in mind that the S&P has not put in a DP reversal yet like it did last thursday before the 3 am open) hold the position till 11 am, if we dont trade lower after the open, watch out for 4.15 to 4.30 for another short entry. Upmoves should only happen after we broke the low of the day after 6 am (if there a countertrend up move, I will look around 9 am to continue the short) After 11 am only take the reversal trend trade if its clear over bought/sold, or just do the 14.15 to close trade to avoid getting stopped out.

This morning was similar to the 8th october, so normal thursday mornings are bearish, but if we open with a gap up then sideways trading till 4 am is likely especially with news coming out 3.55.
Anyway we had a bearish day but with tricky entries where the prices first rallied up and at the DP area reversed immediately without making a double top. What i have to focus on is trading the continuation signals only if the price moves very fast not in a consolidation area.
