I noticed that on monday the big trends without big retracements usually start at about the same time they did on last friday, with a little bit back testing anyone can clearly see that this timing will remain till next friday, so instead of waiting 2 hours after 9 am for the market to towards one direction its better to be ready to take a position at the time the market moved last friday. One exception thursdays its 30 min earlier...
