1st March Monday



Goals for today:
  1. Trade according to my Plan with good feelings about the outcome.
  2. Earn at least 40 Points by entering and exiting short and/or long trades on 1 min FDAX chart in the Decision Point Areas from the 3 Min Chart.
  3. Earn at least 100 Points by entering and exiting short and/or long trades on a 1 Min Chart in the Decision Point Areas from the 3 Min Chart.
  4. Don't make anymore trades once the profits are cashed in
3 FDAX Trades: Today is the 1st trading day of the month, so we should see a long trend after 8.00 am and
a guick up move after 10.00 am news.
  • 2.20 am - 3.00 am long
  • after 3.10 am trend till 4.00 am
  • after 4.00 am trend
  • after 5.20 am trend
  • 7.40 - 8.45 am trend
  • 9.30 move
  • after 10.00 am trend
  • after 11.10 am trend
3 Crude Oil Trades:
  • 2.20 am long
  • 3.00 am trend till 3.48 am
  • after 5.00 am long
  • after 6.00 am short
  • after 7.00 am trend
  • after 8.00 am trend
  • after 9.30 am trend
  • 10.15 trend
  • after 10.40 am trend
  • after 11.40 trend
  • after 13.20 long

  1. Looks like it will be an interesting trading day for DAX. I'm looking for a possible short down to around 5580 level (at this point DAX looks way too high to go long - it's up roughly 70% of ATR and way above its Pivot point).

  3. have you noticed the dax always bounces back up in the morning when the s&p hit the closing price (from 4.15 pm), so my first short target is always that event...

  4. Did I understand it correctly that when DAX is going up in the morning and then coming down again - your short target is PREVIOUS DAY's S&P500 closing price? :-))

  5. no :-), i always watch what the s&p does, so this morning I did not have a short target (gap up was too big) but I exited my short after the s&p hit its prior day closing price.
