Stock Market Indices:
Strategy for trading on fridays is to enter low risk trend trades after 3.00 am, 4.00 am, 6.20 am, 8.30 am (on news days), 9.00 am, 10.00 am, 11.00 am
My plan is to make a long trade if we trade above prior days closing price or a correction down till S&P hit prior days high.
- 3.04 am SHORT
- 4.56 am LONG (FDAX bounce off prior day close)
- 6.00 am LONG
- 6.24 am SHORT
after 9:30 am: S&P opened above prior day close so a gap fill short trade could be the first trade, then maybe another move up to the 50% level, high or above prior day high. After 10.30 am it should be clear if we continue trading short or high for the rest of the day.
- 10.31 am LONG (nasdaq)
- 12.32 pm SHORT (nasdaq)
- 4.29 am SHORT (yen)
- 5.21 am LONG (aussie dollar)
- 8.00 am LONG (yen)
- 7.55 am SHORT (euro)
- 10.10 am LONG (aussie dollar)
- 12.05 am SHORT (euro)
Commodities (mainly Crude Oil) Trades: I am looking for moves after 4.20 am, 8.00 am, 9.00 am, 10.00 am, 12.00 am
- 2.40 am LONG (natural gas)
- 4.00 am SHORT
- 5.21 am LONG
- 8.41 am SHORT
- 10.53 am LONG
- 10.36 am SHORT (Wheat)
- 12.02 am SHORT
- 1.30 pm LONG
