On the BUND Future there is usually 1 good move in the morning,
so simply buying a 10 minute bar that closed higher and reversing
to the short side if a 10 minute bar closes below the open.
Note: Only enter at bars that have increasing volume and use a 16 ticks profittarget and stop.
